DIG/Battery, 0D servo bracket kit product introduction:
The weight reduction of the vehicle body is crucial for the performance of a model climbing car. This product replaces the standard servo (weighing approximately 60-80 grams) of the VS4-10 Phoenix original car with a POWERHDTR4 servo (weighing approximately 4 grams). At the same time, a servo protection mechanism has been added, which not only protects the servo (burnt out due to blockage), but also effectively reduces the impact on the gearbox during gear shifting. This kit is installed without damage and does not require any structural damage to the original vehicle
The carbon fiber battery rack can be equipped with a standard 2s short battery or smaller battery with a maximum length of 100mm, which can further reduce the weight of the vehicle.
Material and Process Description:
This product is manufactured using industrial grade HP MJF technology 3D printing equipment, made of nylon material, not ordinary resin or PLA material; It has good impact resistance, high temperature resistance (175 degrees Celsius), is not easily deformed, and is lightweight. The thickness of carbon fiber board is 2mm.
